We have been making Pizzas and Pasta since 1990, using recipes inherited from our ancestors. Since 2019 we moved to Florida and decided to open a pizzaria to make the best Pizzas in Florida, using only the best ingredients on the market, we macerate Pizza dough for 72 hours, to allow yeast to develop 100% and prevent when you eat a Pizza the sensation of having eaten in excess or stomach ache, that’s why we say “We make the best Pizza”.
Our Pizzaiolo (Pizza Chef) won in 2018 the 2º place making Pizza dough in the Pizza World Champinship in Parma, Italy. For this reason our clients when they try our pizzas say “wuo!!!” they are out of this world.
